An Orphan Block Finds a Forever Home

When making the Jacob's Ladder Quilt that I finished recently, this yellow block just stood out like a sore thumb.

I have so many orphan blocks and never thought of this. It looks great! Thanks for the idea!

Cute idea. I have been thinking about making some totes for the nursing home as Christmas presents. Adding an orphan block would be a good way to make each one different. Wish I hadn't gotten rid of all those orphan blocks when we moved. Thank you for sharing the idea.
