Finished the Church Ladies Quilt

I finished this quilt a couple of months ago, but never got around to posting the picture.  The quilting turned out pretty good, which is a relief because I'm always afraid something will go wrong!

You may remember that I was asked to quilt the top by the ladies group at my church. It will be auctioned off later in November at our annual harvest day.

Lovely. Hopefully you will get a good price for it on the day with lots of bidders to get that price up.

It's a great quilt for an auction, and will appeal to lots of bidders. I hope it goes for a high price. Good for you for the time and talent you put into it. That's generosity at it's best. Well done!

Your quilt is lovely, I don't recognise the pattern, is it your own design?

The quilt top was donated and I don't know the name of the pattern. Its an Irish chain variation of some kind.
