When doing Friday Night Sew In, I really like to actually complete a project so that I have something to show for my time. This means I either need to be close to completing a large project or simply make a small project. I'm only half way through the machine quilting of the Jacob's Ladder Quilt and there was no way I could have finished it last night.
So, I decided to make this for my friend who furnished the fabric and requested a clothespin bag.

I thought the rick rack was a cute touch, but..... the rick rack is crooked...

Much better!

I'll put rick rack on the next one and make sure its straight!

Love the clothespin bag... but you know something? After all the clothespins were in the bag, no one would have ever noticed whether or not the rickrack was straight...
:)
What a cute and useful project.
hello... I am visiting via FNSI list.... great finish - so nice to have a pretty bag for the clothespins...

Love those turtles!! And, I might have thought that the rick rack was simply floating in the water.
Useful gift for a friend.
Oh too cute Debbie.
Thank you
