Agnes

Because I have been making doll quilts, my hubby gave me a doll cradle and doll for Christmas.

Meet Agnes.

I made the little green and pink quilt for Agnes the day after Christmas. I think she looks warm and comfy!

Debbie, you have the most thoughtful husband. Can I ask the size of the squares for doll quilt and the size of quilt? I admire your work so much. Thank you for even more inspiration to get busy sewing!

Thanks Rita! The squares were 2 1/2 inches and finished at 2 inches. I just pulled the squares from my precut scraps in that size.

Precious!!!! I bought a doll cradle last summer from a flea market. Now that we have baby girl on the way, I need to get busy. (not that baby boys aren't enjoying it, too!!)

Thank you Debbie, I'll know what size to use.

Hi Debbie,
what a sweet husband :) I have been admiring your quilts; your blog is so inspiring. I am a late bloomer to quilting, but I'm loving it. I managed to get my first four quilts all made before Christmas . . . presents for our two granddaughters, our daughter and my sweet husband. I am your newest follower. Please come over and help me celebrate my second year blogging anniversary :)

Your new blogging sister, Connie :)
