Wow, spring is a busy time for outdoor work, so my quilting and sewing have really suffered lately! I haven't worked on any of my quilts for about 3 weeks. But, now that the initial work has been done outside, I will increase my quilting and sewing time.
Here are a couple of projects that I have sneaked in during rain showers:
This mug rug set is for my friend/coworker's daughter. She has some health problems and her middle name just happens to be "HOPE". So this will be perfect. I hope her favorite color is green too.:o)
Here is a tiny quilt top which I hope will become a mug rug tonight. I'm all out of the pink "Joy" mugs, since all of the ones in the store seem faded to me. I guess they have some kind of defect. Never fear, there are more Dollar General stores to be browsed in my area.

Beautiful mug rugs... love runs to Dollar General, too!
Now green is my favorite colour...hahaha nice job on the stippling too
The little mug rugs are precious.
Your little mug rugs look like the perfect rainy day project! So sweet.
I love the mug rug!
Just today I was thinking of making a table set with placemats, hot pads and coasters, all quilted using my scraps.
I'm always full of ideas, its just the matter of finding the time for all my projects that is the problem.
I just made my first mug rug! What a neat idea to coordinate it with a mug as a gift! Hope you don't mind if I totally steal that one!!
Pretty mug rug.
Love that pink and black mug rug! Thanks for linking up to WIP Wednesday. : )
