The Last Corner of Blueberri Breezes

After two weeks of sporadic free motion quilting, last night I reached THE LAST CORNER AND THE LAST PIN OF BLUEBERRI BREEZES!

If I can get a few minutes to make and sew on the binding, doing the hand sewing on the back will make a great project to work on while I am away from home at night helping with my mother. I hope to show the TOTALLY finished quilt next week.

That is so pretty. I love blue quilts whether there's a tiny bit or lots of blue.

Congratulations on finishing the quilting.... what an accomplishment, esp as busy as you've been lately!

You are amazing! With all that is going on in your world, you still have time to quilt! I love blueberry breezes. I have been thinking that it's best to stick with 'classic' colors like red and white, blue and white, etc. because those colors never seem to go out of style. I have been looking through some blogs and as people show their older quilts, the colors can date them so much, and they actually aren't that pretty anymore, because the colors are no longer appealing. I'm rambling on, but I thought about your recent color choices when I started thinking about this. And of course, scrappy is always good. :o)
