Here are my Friday Night Sew In projects for March.
A Strawberry Fabric Tote:
A Fabric Bag for my car that I plan to use for small trash items such as straw covers, receipts, etc., or possibly just to use to hold my sunglasses, a pen, and a small notepad.
This picture shows the bag and the key fob I made recently. I am really enjoying the key fob!
I adapted the instructions for the FRIENDSHIP BAG TUTORIAL at PS I Quilt found HERE, to make the bag.

Wow... you got a lot done! Cool tote but I'm loving the little bag thing for the car... I need to make me one of those!
ReplyDeleteGreat job!
Your auto is so well appointed!!
ReplyDeleteAnd all coordiated, too!
Nice use of the Friendship bag pattern. I have been thinking about making this pattern for nursing home patients to keep small personal items don't know if it would be appropriate for them. Will try one like yours, know I will find a use for it.
ReplyDeleteVery cute results with the Friendship bag pattern. You have such a nice variety of styles and purposes.
ReplyDeleteLove the strawberry tote but I am afraid I would stay very hungry if I carried it. It looks good enough to eat.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I tried using a walmart plastic bag and it kept falling off of the hook in my vehicle. The bag was too big. I'll have to make one of these small ones.
ReplyDeleteI have been going to make this car trash bag and now I can!! THANKS! I sew and craft and just started blogging and would love to have friends as I feel like I talk to myself. I'm having a drawing today for a Tooth Fairy Pillow at www.sewcraftykathy.blogspot.com come and join me:)
